Michael Zomber has many interests ranging from historical weapons collecting to telling stories focused on history. Being driven to collect weapons of all kinds, mainly focused on European, Islamic and Japanese during the 13th to 16th centuries, he has been on the Tales of the Gun series, that include Guns of the Famous, Guns of the Orient, Dueling Pistols, Shotguns, Automatic Pistols and Million Dollar Guns.
Being a historian and having a keen understanding about war, Michael Zomber has insight on the futility that goes along with it. He is unwavering in his continued support for NGOs who’s ultimate goal is to establish peace among conflicting nations, some include UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders, Amnesty International and Global Exchange. This is an indication of what kind of person Michael Zomber is, someone who is passionate about collecting and learning about armed conflicts, yet is driven by never having to actually use them and promote harmony.
Zomber has the heart of a story teller and has written several books, including Shogun Iemitsu, Jesus and the Samurai, Son of Kentucky, Park Avenue, and Sweet Betcy That’s Me. He has also written dozens of screen plays.

Zomber and his wife live outside of Philadelphia with their two children. He holds a BA in English Literature and a BA in psychology from the University of ILL. He also holds a MA in English Literature from UCLA where he was a doctoral candidate.
